These will need to be made, giving details of the hotel/apartments/address or pre-arranged meeting place, and time, no less than 7 DAYS before the viewing, to allow for contact to be made with the owners to arrange the viewings.

A fee of 20 British Pounds per day is payable to our agent on the day of the viewing/s who will collect you to take you to the land or property/ies
This fee is fully refundable, at the signing of the Promise of Sale, should you choose to purchase from us.
