Our portfolio will offer products and services to anyone looking to buy, rent, sell or build their own villa in Tunisia.  We are the only British registered estate agents, based in Tunisia, giving us on-the spot access to town houses, apartments, villas and plots of land.  Every enquiry can be handled whatever the budget.

In 2004, we were also looking for our holiday home.  Whilst initially searching for a small villa and hoping for a sea view, after acting upon advice we are now the proud owners of what resembles a seven bedroomed chateau with panoramic views of the sea and surrounding countryside.  Even before completion, our property has been valued at about six times the amount it is costing us to build.

The experiences we gained in accomplishing this project, have enabled us to put together a team of tradesmen, including builders, plumbers, electricians, carvers ... etc as well as a professional group of lawyers and architects.  We are therefore able to offer services to you which will assist you every step of the way, whether you choose to buy a ready villa or plan to design your own dream home.
