NB: Although temperatures on average tend to be about 10 degrees higher or more than in the UK, winter nights between December to March can be chilly.  Not all properties have central heating, but it is clearly stated which ones do have this.  It is also reflected in the prices for renting, with those without heating, available for rent at a lower price.
